18 holes, Par 71, golf course spanning 1,365 kilometers, with one hole at each participating town or roadhouse along Eyre Highway, from Kalgoorlie to Ceduna.
Purchase your score card at Kalgoorlie or Ceduna Visitor Centres. $50, clubs can be hired at each stamping point for $5. On completion of each hole get your score card stamped at respective visitor centre or roadhouse. Present your completed score card at either Ceduna or Kalgoorlie visitor centres and be receive a certificate "YOU HAVE PLAYED THE WORLD'S LONGEST GOLF COURSE" The certificate is 'FREE' ( you must have your score card stamped at all the holes)

Third time unlucky for this branch, decided it had to go this time, it was hanging lower!
It's gone, took 4 hours to get to our camp site, only 34k's, due to tree pruning.
This is where I nearly rolled our Bushtracker on our 1st trip here. The 'S' bend camber on our way out was wrong and short, thus the BT went up over the scrub - yep! I was sweating it for a few moments. The secret was keep moving, and let the independant suspension sort itself out, had I stopped it may well have rolled.
On our 2nd trip, I took some time with the Land Cruiser to bush bashed a new track, the old track has now been over taken by the encroaching sand hill.
We turned off the Eyre Hwy at 1030hrs, photo indicates 1430hrs - 4hr drive with some serious pruning, another 10 minutes to deflate all tires to 30psi, to get over the sand hills and along the track to our camp site. Better to let them down before we bog and have to back down the sand hill. No sweat, keep the power on, and cruise over the top and sand tracks.

Just magic! We almost had the beach to oursleves, a lad set up in # 1 camp, in the sand hills above our camp.

Took off for the day down the coast to Granites, good rock gutters 4 years ago when Neil visited, but it had all changed, more rocks exposed, the gutters gone and a strong rip along the beach.
Getting over the sand hill at Granites a struggle, Ashley rode his ATV down through the sand hills.
Now you will be guessing! It's a rubber bale, Sue's folks and her brother still has the rubber plantation in Thailand.
No fish at Granites. Ashley's ATV, a monster 650cc and we ride three up no sweat. Neil help another camp out with a bogged ATV towed it over the sandhill without missing a beat.
The only legal Mullaway caught for the duration.

Hot north easterly, Neil decided to camp on the beach for the night at the gutter near Coombra, and got rewarded at 0930hrs with this 13lb snapper. As with all 'FISHO's' every fish landed is quoted in 'POUNDS', sounds better than Kilograms, at least the number is bigger!
In a hurry, he's a bit hungry!

A man's breakfast / brunch, local cafe in Port Lincoln, now has on their menu 'CHOOK'S SPECIAL' Egg, Bacon, Grilled Onion and Tomato. (as a toasted sandwich) Neils (Chook's) weekly breafast fix on a Saturday morning.
Ashley's had a hard morning, metal detecting all the camp sites - half a kilogram of lead and $33 found. Hot north easterly so we are out of the sun for awhile.

1st time any of us had seem the flares in action, now we know how effective they would be if ever required.
Some of the scrub we pruned on our way in. Only took us 2 hours to reach Eyre Hwy, plus we went out with 30psi tires, a much smoother ride.
Next stop Lincoln National Park, via some coastal spots along the West Coast of Eyre Peninsular.
